This document describes the operational rules that apply to this topic across HOSTPHOX services.
General rule
Use services only lawfully and without materially harming other users, networks, systems or service stability.
Illegal or harmful activity
Prohibited uses include unlawful content, exploitation, credible threats, fraud, phishing, malware, ransomware, credential theft and unauthorised access.
Network and email abuse
DDoS, spoofing, abusive scanning, botnets, open proxies used for abuse, spam, deceptive headers, harvested lists and repeated unwanted bulk messaging are prohibited.
Intellectual property
Do not knowingly infringe copyright, trademark, trade secret or other rights. Valid notices are handled under the Abuse and Takedown Policy.
Fair use and resource integrity
Shared services must remain within plan limits and reasonable fair-use expectations. Workloads materially affecting shared stability may be rate-limited or required to move to a more suitable service.
Enforcement and reporting
We may investigate, request remediation, isolate, rate-limit, suspend or terminate services proportionately. Urgent threats may be acted on immediately. Report abuse to help@hostphox.com.
