This document describes the operational rules that apply to this topic across HOSTPHOX services.
Ownership
HOSTPHOX names, logos, visual identity, website design and original graphics are owned by or licensed to CAPTEC GROUP entities. Third-party marks remain their owners’ property.
Permitted references
Customers may make truthful nominative references such as “hosted by HOSTPHOX” if they do not imply sponsorship, ownership or authority beyond the real relationship.
Partner use
Approved resellers and affiliates may use supplied assets only during active participation, for approved purposes and under current brand guidelines.
Prohibited use
Do not register confusingly similar domains, handles or company names; alter logos misleadingly; imply corporate authority; or use brand assets for phishing, fraud or deceptive advertising.
Website and user content
HOSTPHOX website text, graphics and code may not be copied except where licence, law or permission allows. Customers retain lawful rights in uploaded content subject to the service licence in the Terms.
Reporting
Report suspected misuse of HOSTPHOX or CAPTEC GROUP intellectual property to help@hostphox.com with evidence.
