This document describes the operational rules that apply to this topic across HOSTPHOX services.
Submitting a report
Send reports to help@hostphox.com with the affected domain/IP/URL, timestamps, description, evidence and contact information.
Security abuse
For phishing, malware, credential theft or active compromise, provide indicators and time-sensitive details. We may isolate affected services while investigating.
Copyright notices
A copyright notice should identify the protected work and allegedly infringing material, provide contact details, good-faith and accuracy statements, and evidence of authority to act where required.
Counter-notices and other rights
Where law provides a counter-notice process, affected customers may submit one with the required statements. Trademark, privacy or impersonation complaints should identify the right, material, legal basis and evidence.
Process and enforcement
We may request clarification, forward the notice, preserve logs, restrict specific material, suspend a service or decline an invalid notice depending on evidence, urgency and law.
Emergency matters
Support email is not an emergency law-enforcement channel. Imminent threats to life should be reported to appropriate emergency authorities.
