This document describes the operational rules that apply to this topic across HOSTPHOX services.
Billing periods
Services are billed for the period shown at checkout or in the accepted order.
Automatic renewal
Where enabled, subscriptions may renew automatically and the stored payment method may be charged around the renewal date.
Currency and invoices
Marketing-site FX display is indicative. Checkout and invoices determine the final amount and transaction currency. Invoices and payment status are available through supported billing channels.
Taxes
Applicable VAT, sales tax, digital-service tax or similar charges may be added based on location and law. Customers are responsible for accurate tax information.
Failed payments
Failed payments may trigger retries, notices, restrictions, suspension or termination. Cleared payment may be required before restoration.
Chargebacks and price changes
Contact support before initiating a payment dispute. Valid debts are not waived by chargeback. Renewal prices may differ from introductory prices, with notice of material changes where required.
