This document describes the operational rules that apply to this topic across HOSTPHOX services.
Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be submitted through the customer portal or another supported account channel and may take effect immediately or at the end of the paid term depending on the option selected.
30-day guarantee
Where a product is expressly advertised with a 30-day money-back guarantee, an eligible first-time purchase may request cancellation within 30 days of initial activation, subject to product-specific terms and exclusions.
Non-refundable charges
Unless an order states otherwise, domain registry/registrar charges, third-party licences, completed professional/setup work, usage charges, remitted taxes and custom procurement are not refundable once incurred.
Committed infrastructure
VPS, dedicated servers, reserved capacity, IP resources or custom infrastructure may have separate cancellation and refund rules shown at checkout or in the accepted order.
Breach or fraud
Refunds are not due for termination caused by fraud, chargeback abuse, unlawful activity or material policy breach unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Refund method and data
Approved refunds normally return to the original payment method where possible. Export important data before cancellation because deletion may begin according to the service lifecycle and backup rotation.
